Shipping & Returns

Shipping

All orders will be shipped within 1 – 3 days of the order being placed and ONLY WITHIN Australia.

Carriers

We currently use the following carriers for delivery to you:

  • Australia Post
  • TNT Express

Order Tracking

Our shipping carriers may provide us with a tracking number. If this happens we will update your order on our website with this number. It will be visible to you online for you to use in tracking your shipment

We will send you an email when we ship your purchase.

Shipping Rates

Our shipping rates are based on the weight of the parcel(s) as well as the location of the delivery address.  During the checkout process, you will be given an option of getting prices for the shipping as well as your choice of carrier.

You may also choose to collect your items from our store.

Please note that some items may not be able to be shipped on all carriers.

Back Orders

There may be occurrences of stock purchased online that were sold prior to your order been processed.  In this case we reserve the right to wait up to 7 days in order for that item to arrive.

If the time period lapses you will be contacted to arrange wether you would like us to keep it on back order or cancel your order and receive a refund for the item.

 

Returns

Total satisfaction is our number 1 priority at FREERANGE SUPPLIES

We realise that at times there might be a need to return a product purchased from our online store or in store.  The Returns policy that has been outlined below is a guide to assist you in returning the item.

When to return a product?

You may return a product if the product is faulty, wrongly described, different from a sample shown to you or it does not do what it’s supposed to do.

What do I need to complete my return?

  • Show your receipt or proof of purchase (bank statement).
  • Provide any information that may help us to process your return.
  • Try returning the product in the same condition as it was when purchased like providing us with the manuals and cords and if possible in the same packaging.

Assessment of your return

We may need to conduct an assessment of your product to determine whether a repair, replacement or refund is appropriate.  Certain technical products may need to be sent to the manufacturer or their repair agent such as:-

  • Compressors and Fridges
  • Electrical and motor driven products
  • Tents over $300
  • Rods and Reels over $100

In certain circumstances you may have the option to Liaise directly with the manufacturer, or service agent, we can provide you with the relevant manufacturer contact details.

Products assessed as having a minor fault with be repaired by the manufacturer and returned to you within a reasonable time.

Online the following procedure is outlined:-

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Either click on your email address to the left and on the same line as the shopping cart and log out links or click on “My account” just under the header logo.
  3. Click on “Orders” in the list on the left hand side. A list of your orders will be shown.
  4. For completed orders a “Return item(s)” button will be shown.
  5. Alternatively there is a further “Return item(s)” button within the order details page
  6. Select the reason for return and the required action.
  7. PLEASE give us a description of the problem. We reserve the right to decline your request if there are insufficient details regarding the problem.
  8. When you are alerted that your request has been authorized, please send the item(s) to the above address with your return number CLEARLY visible.

PLEASE NOTE Shipping fees are your responsibility for returns.

Return Exceptions

For safety reasons please contact us on the above number before returning any of the following items:-

  • Gas/Cylinders
  • BBQ’s
  • Stoves
  • Generators

Exclusions

In some cases a refund, replacement or repair may not be offered if you:

  • Simply change your mind
  • Misuse the product contrary to user instructions or packaging labels or
  • Substantially modify the product.

Exchanges

If your item is in a like new condition you may return an item for exchange for a different item. You will be required to pay the return shipping and a restocking fee may apply.
